Employability Training Program

At KRV we train the youth to meet the challenges that they may face in their journey of life. Students look to levitate their careers to new heights when they align themselves to an institute

KRV aligns itself to contribute in developing the personality of a student. This results in a holistically developed individual ready for a successful corporate career. Our model of training is learner centric because our main concern is to bridge the gap between student and knowledge of skill which help to fill the gap between employment and employability. 

The transition from Campus to a corporate environment is a big adjustment for many graduates. Expectations and responsibilities in the workplace are very different than those in College. There are unspoken nuances and social norms that young India is completely unaware of and adjusting to a professional environment can be extremely challenging as also traumatic to a few. 

At KRV we begin by assessing ‘who they are’,‘how do they work’, ‘what motivates them’ and ‘where their skills can be best utilized.’ The effort is to offer them a path full of opportunities to reach their goals. To make skills training conducive to the participatory group we ensure interactivity, linkages with practical application and encourage curiosity because that keeps them engaged. Therefore our model is based on 30% theory input and 70% application based learning.

We believe no training is complete unless the participant has undergone holistic development and evolved as a good human being.

    To guarantee quality third party external assessments are conducted on the performance of the participant. The students are provided with authenticated certification.

    Learning takes place in students’ heads where it is invisible to others. This means that learning must be assessed through performance: what students can do with their learning. Assessing students’ performance can involve assessments that are formal or informal, high- or low-stakes, anonymous or public, individual or collective.

    KRV's Custom Assessment Engine assess and evaluate students capabilities by way of accurate reporting system. This engine is well suited for skill development providers in various fields to test the skills of the students.

"Placements "

Placement is the second most important link of any student undergoing skill training. KRV believe in the sole responsibility to ensure that students trained and certified by us, should be placed by us. While our trainers ensure that training outcome is the best in the industry, our placement team simultaneously works on the placement front. Local placement V/s migration, the argument continues at various forum. We believe in providing placements as per aspiration of the trainee.

"Placement Activity"

The placement team is responsible for tie-ups with pan-India organisations for placements. This is to ensure that students with high aspiration are provided with successful placements. The team also maintains a real-time database on placement activities to ensure timely placement.

The placement team works with the students in developing their CV and preparing them for the D-day. They contact local and Pan India recruiters, schedule interviews, Organise logistics, follow-up on interview to get appointment letters and co-ordinate joining process. The team also mentors mentor all trainees till they stabilise their jobs.

Job Mela is an important part of our placement activity. Every quarter, we organise job fair where jobs are offered
